I currently work part-time as an Internal Communications Writer at Church Pension Group, a financial services organization that provides benefits for clergy and lay employees of The Episcopal Church. My focus is employee-facing content that supports engagement, clarity, and organizational health, including initiatives tied to diversity and inclusion. I also introduced data-informed practices to the team by building Airtable dashboards that track readership and performance and inform ongoing content strategy decisions.
